3. RE: Departures on Sunday:
It's about an hour from the beach house to the airport and traffic shouldn't be an issue on Sunday afternoon.
It's a small-ish airport -- no moving between terminals or anything like that. I'm not sure where the rental cars lots are located, but I'm sure they are close.
I know they want you checked in an hour ahead of departure time, and you can never be sure about the security line.
It would probably be good to leave the beach 2 1/2 hours before departure.
